Preschool classes are available at
The Children's Center, in Union Gap
and at the Kid's Club, in Yakima.

	The preschool child has the capacity and language to absorb knowledge, especially about the real world around him/her.
They love to investigate where things come from, how they are made, who makes them, etc. They begin to master the complexity of their experience through ideas - what things are alike, which are different, what things belong together and what is a small part of a bigger thing. As they put the puzzling world in order through their exploring and thinking, they feel the joy and strength of mastery.
This is an important proving ground for the conviction of an independent self.

Full Day and Half Day (Morning or Afternoon) programs are offered.
